PRE-ORDER FOR PICK UP FROM THE GROUNDS OF ALEXANDRIA ON DECEMBER 24TH BETWEEN 8:30AM - 4PM. Orders close Monday 17th December.
Take the pressure off Christmas Day and allow us to do prepare the classics that will wow your guests.
Designed by Chef Paul McGrath, our seafood hamper is made up of:
- 1kg cooked WA tiger prawns with Marie rose sauce
- Split poached local lobster with lemon and dill aioli
- 1 dozen South Australian pacific oysters with chardonnay and cucumber vinaigrette
- The Grounds house-smoked trout rillettes with fennel and lemon
- Alaskan king crab legs with cocktail sauce
- Served with freshly baked Grounds sourdough bread, lemons and limes.
Simply pre-order, select your time of choice on Monday 24th December and swing past The Grounds to pick it up between 8:30am and 4:00pm.
