Place the potato wedges into a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until heated through, before seasoning them with salt.
Cut the brioche buns in half and grill until golden. Place 2 slices of cheese onto each piece of fried chicken and warm them in the pre-heated oven (160 degrees) for 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Assemble the burgers with the chicken, cheese, sauce, slaw and salad as desired.
