All orders must be processed by 1pm the day prior to your pick-up date. We always strive to do what we can to assist at The Grounds so if you have missed this cut off please reach out to us with your request in an email and we will do our best to make it work for you.
All orders within our radius (below) must meet a minimum spend of $100 to qualify for free delivery. For orders under $100 within our radius, delivery is an additional $15.
Please take a moment to look at our delivery radius map below (the inner circle offers free delivery on orders over $100). When entering your delivery address at checkout you will also be advised if delivery is available and any costs associated. If you are outside of our delivery radius or if you have a query regarding this please don’t hesitate to email us and ask!
Please note that breakfast is available from 7am – 11:30am daily, and lunch is available from 11:30am – 3:30pm. This applies to both pick up and delivery. If you have a query regarding ordering during different time slots, please email us.
Yes! All items that can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan are specified within the item description. Please select all dietaries e.g gluten-free bread for your sandwiches when adding food items to your order.
Yes! When placing your order you will see an option to select ‘Presented Packaging’ where we will present, garnish and deliver your catering on our beautiful Grounds silver vintage platters. Our catering manager will be in touch shortly after placing your order to arrange collection/drop off of the silver platters after your event.
N.B Additional charges will apply if in the case platters are lost, damaged and/or not returned on an arranged date.
For any changes to your order (ie dietary requirements, pick-up times, etc) please contact our team as soon as possible to amend your order.
Should you need to cancel, please contact us for a refund or to reschedule your order to another date. Please note, refunds and rescheduling will not be available within a 24 hour window of your delivery/pick-up time.

We always allocate plenty of time for our drivers to deliver all orders within the time you have selected.
BUT unfortunately sometimes unexpected delays can pop up e.g accidents on the road or bad weather. We’ll always notify you if anything does come up to delay your order and our drivers will do their best to accommodate around unexpected situations.
