Can I order for same day delivery or pick up?
To ensure our team of chefs can prepare your delicious meals, there are cut off times in place for The Grounds Catering.
All orders must be processed by 1pm the day prior to your delivery/pick up date.
We always strive to do what we can to assist at The Grounds so if you have missed this cut off please reach out to us with your request in an email and we will do our best to make it work for you.
What time slots can I choose for pick up or delivery?
Breakfast catering items are available from 7:30am – 11:30am daily.
Lunch catering items are available from 9:30am – 3:30pm daily.
Ready Meals are available from 9:30am - 7:30pm daily.
Cakes are available from 7:30am - 7:30pm daily.
These times apply to both pick up and delivery. If you have a query regarding ordering during different time slots, please email us.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to many of Sydney's central suburbs including the CBD. Use the interactive map HERE to see if we can deliver to your postcode.
When entering your delivery address at checkout you will also be advised if delivery is available and any costs associated.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges vary based on the size of your order and where we are delivery to.

Someone else will be present to sign for my delivery. Do you need to know?
Please specify during check out if someone else is to be the point of contact either to collect your order or to sign for your delivery.
The online catering page is not working, is there another way to place my order?
Always reach out to our catering manager if you are experiencing difficulties with our website. Find us via email or phone us on (02) 9699 2225 (ext. 307) during business hours.
My order is running late or has not arrived, who do I contact?
We always allocate plenty of time for our drivers to deliver all orders within the time you have selected.
BUT unfortunately sometimes unexpected delays can pop up e.g accidents on the road or bad weather. We’ll always notify you if anything does come up to delay your order and our drivers will do their best to accommodate around unexpected situations. If you did wish to contact someone to track your order please don’t hesitate to call our catering manager directly on 0498 081 474.
Do Ready Meals arrive hot or cold?
The Grounds Ready Meals arrive cold making them perfect for popping back in the fridge for later or to reheat right away if you can't wait to dig into all that deliciousness!
Reheating suggestions are provided with each menu item.
Can I freeze Ready Meals?
Excluding salads, desserts, and Roast Chicken, Ready Meal mains and sides are fine to be frozen.
Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel, refund or reschedule my order?
For any changes to your order (ie dietary requirements, pick-up times, etc) please contact our team as soon as possible to amend your order.
Should you need to cancel, please contact us for a refund or to reschedule your order to another date. Please note, refunds and rescheduling will not be available within a 24 hour window of your delivery/pick-up time.

Do you have gluten free and other dietary friendly menu items?
Yes! All items that can be made gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan are specified within the item description. Please select all dietaries e.g gluten-free bread for your sandwiches when adding food items to your order.
What currency are orders processed in?
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
