Can I order for same day delivery or pick up?
Unfortunately, no. But we promise it's for good reason!
All of The Grounds meals, cakes and pastries are made fresh — they are not frozen or stored for days. It's our commitment to ensuring we deliver on our promise of wholesome, fresh meals that we need a little extra time than other meal-delivery companies to cook just what you've ordered!
You are able to have next-day delivery or pick up of your items, as long as you place your order by 1pm the day prior.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Along with convenient delivery, we offer pick up for your Sydney catering and ready meal orders at The Grounds of Alexandria.
PLEASE NOTE: On checkout, you will be prompted to enter a "shipping address". This is simply information our system needs to process your order, much like a billing address. If you have chosen to pick up, we will not ship to the address you enter.
